You GLOW exists to empower young women to live out their worth every day by building confidence, leadership, resilience, and self-belief. We inspire girls to embrace their identity, use their voice, and make purposeful choices that transform dreams into action, creating a generation of confident leaders and legacy builders.

You GLOW is a youth empowerment movement built for high school girls who are ready to step into their worth. Through confidence-building workshops, leadership training, intentional mentorship, and transformative experiences — we equip every girl to find her voice, own her story, and shine unapologetically.

We meet girls where they are — in their schools, in their communities, in the quiet moments of doubt — and we walk with them into the bold, brilliant women they were always meant to become.
